Welcome to my site. I've lived in Texas for 25 years, and have been based in the Dallas area for 18 of those years. I studied geology as an undergraduate, spending four years traveling across China and building my foundation in land and earth sciences.
Later, I earned my Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University (TAMU) and worked as a reservoir engineer for an energy company. That experience gave me a deep understanding of the energy industry — upstream, midstream, and downstream — as well as how land and resources are valued in energy projects.
Outside of work, I've always been passionate about investing. Around eight years ago, I became a licensed real estate agent and gradually shifted my focus toward residential properties, warehouses and industrial space, retail properties, and energy-related land — my "old field."
Over the years, I've been building an investment footprint in Dallas and across Texas for myself and my clients. I've learned that the best deals are often not the loudest ones on the market, but the quiet opportunities that require local insight and patience to uncover.
That's why I created the Texas Landlady Investment Club — to help more people discover off-market and overlooked opportunities, understand different Texas cities beyond the marketing brochures, and connect serious investors with real, on-the-ground deals.
I'm glad you're here, and I look forward to helping you explore your next home or investment in Texas.
